Message	At my girlfriends apartment complex, if someone parks in your spot, call a tow company. They show up in about 20 mins and the driver who stole your spot gets the joy of retrieving his car from the tow lot.. plus they get charged for the tow and the 'storage fee'. ------ Boost your knowledge.
